Happy Holidays!

There has been a lot of excitement around here these days! Not only is Christmas just around the corner, but I have been recently engaged, moved across the country from Phoenix, Arizona to Green Bay, Wisconsin, start teaching at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in January, and working my hinder off to finish pieces for some up coming exhibition entries! In the mean time you can read about Stitchalicious at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in USA Today!

I wish you all a very Happy Holiday and a great start to a New Year. 2009... can you believe it?!

just wanted to say how wonderful your work is. I came here from the Selvage blog where you were featured today. Absolutely wonderful work and delightful to look at. Wish I were closer-it would be well worth the trip to see this great installation.

Congratulations! It's a pleasure to be introduced to your art. I enjoyed reading all of your posts leading up to this exhibition and will be back to keep up with your adventures.

Hi Sweetie! (pun intended!) I saw your exhibit at the airport when picking up my mom for her visit. I love it! The display was so lovely, too. We walked over thinking it was an amazing candy store and then were more pleased to find it was art. My boyfriend Nate Ronniger and I are artists too, and just moved to Scottsdale. I wanted to say hello & connect with you since I always feel an affinity for the artists whose work I adore. Congratulations on this success and your engagement! Allison Leigh Smith
